Online Maternal Mental Health Class

In this 90-minute course, we will discuss all the need-to-know information about the many ways to start taking care of your mental health from pregnancy to postpartum. Join us to learn about the signs and symptoms of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), safety plans, support systems, preparation for emotional and mental difficulties, where to seek help, and more. Our classes are a judgment-free zone to learn and ask questions about everything maternal mental health related! There is no fee, and the course is open to any child-bearing person who is currently pregnant, has given birth, or is planning a pregnancy.

Georgia residents can earn incentives for completing the 3-month and 6-month surveys. Eligible participants include people who are Georgia residents, pregnant or postpartum, and consent to our follow-up surveys!
