Online Prenatal Class

In this 90-minute course, we will discuss all the need-to-know information to help you prepare for a happy, healthy pregnancy. Join us to learn about the importance of prenatal visits and prenatal care, the stages of pregnancy and labor, your birthing options, postpartum care, mental health, baby care, and more. Our classes are a judgment-free zone to ask questions about everything pregnancy-related! There is no fee, and the course is open to any child-bearing person who is currently pregnant, has given birth, or is planning a pregnancy.
