C-sections can be planned or unexpected, but parents should be prepared either way to make sure mom recovers well and stays healthy! You’ll need some support to get you through those first few weeks, so don’t push yourself into activities that may make your recover time longer. Plan ahead and make sure you have your postpartum and post-op appointments scheduled to check on your incision and overall wellness.
