Perinatal Care Packages

Free perinatal care package for pregnant and postpartum birth givers provided by Pickles and Ice Cream, a project of HMHBGA

What would you say is the greatest joy of motherhood? The part where you get gifts!

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia is giving away FREE perinatal care packages to pregnant and postpartum birth givers who live in Georgia through Pickles & Ice Cream.

We have decided to partner with GA-based agencies, moms, and birthers across the state to develop a care package for the individuals you serve (or to gift yourself because, why not?).

The care packages include items such as a blood pressure monitoring system, compression socks, a thermometer, protein test urine strips, printed educational resources and so much more!

Request orders are accepted monthly to be delivered the next month (i.e. a request made in May is delivered in June).

As we continue to develop our project, we may change or add other package options that are essential to the perinatal period. So, please be aware that the following form may be updated.

If need assistance with the form, would like to request more than the allotted amount of kits for an event, or need to edit a request submission, contact thecoalition@hmhbga.org with Perinatal Care Package in the subject line.

Refer to the FAQ section at the bottom left side of this page for answers to questions.

The Perinatal Care Package Order Form has closed for October 2024. Click the button below to fill out the Perinatal Care Package Demand Tracking Form.
